Raw Silk by Tilli Tomas is 100% hand painted silk, 50 grams, 190 yds, DK Weight, Knits on Needle size 3-5. Dry clean or handwash. This yarn was produced in safehouses for impoverished women who were paid a daily rate and not per item.
Try knitting these with 100% silk BEADED LACE or with O-WOOL Organic Wool (if you knit Raw Silk with the O'Wool Classic line, make sure you knit it double stranded.) Both are fantastic when combined.
