Orders are filled within 36 hours, not including weekends. This allows time for processing, packaging, and meeting UPS or United States Postal Service Priority Mail (with tracking) shipping deadlines.

In the order processing and it will note the "free/no charge" in your final processing.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies: 100% refund on non-clearance items, if labels are NOT broken and yarn is restockable within 30 days of purchase. Clearance sale items are final. Email patty@daisyyarns.com and you will be provided with the instructions for the return.
Cancellation of Order: Is easily accomodated with 24 hours of ordering to make sure it hasn't been shipped. Please email patty@daisyyarns.com to cancel order if need be.
